The role:As the Planning Policy Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the council’s planning policy work, ensuring that it is aligned with the council’s priorities and supports the creation of sustainable, well-designed and vibrant communities.You will manage a busy and ambitious team of policy planners, overseeing the production of a local plan and other planning policy documents, including working jointly with colleagues in neighbouring authorities.You will also support the preparation of neighbourhood plans, as well as a range of other projects relating to the growth of the boroughKey responsibilities of the role will include:
