PRINCIPAL CLOUD ARCHITECT

• Bristol location – 90% remote working
• Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain
• Up to £75k DoE plus package
• 7+ years commercial experience in AWS or Azure Cloud Architecture, Terraform, Stakeholder Engagement

WHAT WILL THE PRINCIAPL CLOUD ARCHITECT BE DOING?

A successful candidate will be joining a continuously growing team within our Defence Sector to work on a variety of exciting projects with cutting edge technology. You’ll be creating flexible solutions to meet customer needs, working on Open Source Intelligence, all whilst strengthening a team of SME’s.

THE PRINCIAPL CLOUD ARCHITECT SHOULD HAVE .

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility – for security purposes and UK Government compliance we can only consider sole British Nationals

Required experience:

• 7+ years’ commercial cloud architecture
• Background in AWS or Azure
• In depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM
• Change management and Governance
• Stakeholder Engagement

Desired experience:

• Working with Agile products
• Understanding of MOD Cloud and agency security standards
• Certification in AWS or Azure
• Architecture frameworks – TOGAF
