Manpower are delighted to be representing a client exclusively in looking for their next Principal Ecologist in the Bristol area!They are looking to appoint a dynamic and bright individual to join their highly successful team.The ideal candidate will manage and lead projects across a range of sizes and disciplines whilst also working closely with clients and colleagues.Essential Skills / ExperienceAn undergraduate degree and preferably a post-graduate qualification in an Environmental disciplineHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages;Ability to multi-task and work proactively and flexibly in support of changing workloads;Protected Species Licences e.g. NE Class 2 bat licence or NRW dormiceExperience of delivering EcIA and HRAObtaining EPS mitigation licencesExcellent report writing skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work without supervision;Strong prioritisation and organisation skills;Ability to handle confidential information; andExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Principal Ecologists will win projects and work effectively with clients.
