Role: Principal Front End Engineer

Location: West London (in the office 2 days a month on avg.)

Salary: up to £80,000 to £90,000 (bonus + benefits + flexible working options)

The role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the software design process, ensuring that the overall system fulfils its requirements, particularly in intricate and sizable components. You will play a crucial role in establishing new engineering squads and driving upward change. This will involve spearheading modernization and transformation projects.

About you:

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys getting their hands dirty, and you actively engage in mentoring and coaching fellow engineers. You possess experience in designing complex systems and leading architectural design in projects. This role is ideal for someone who is T-Shaped, encompassing development, testing, and architecture, with a strong focus on Front End development. The company is seeking individuals who show potential as future leaders.
