You will act as a business partner for key teams across the business and coordinate procurement activity in line with our procure-to-pay process, encouraging development of procurement pipelines and smarter purchases to drive efficiency savings whilst maintain compliance. You will ensure staff have access to the information and policies they need and work closely with key teams such as Finance and our external legal team. As supply chain availability and costs are fluctuating, you support teams to secure value for money

Maintain a contract register and identify ways to improve internal reporting of spend commitments and savings.
Being the key procurement contact within and operate in-line with the procure-to-pay process; reviewing regularly
Contribute towards generating cost savings through procurement activity, improved contract management and efficiencies
Business partner with teams throughout the company to develop procurement pipelines and promote best practice in-line with the procure-to-pay process
Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) activity and competitive tender processes and support contract owners
Support the Finance Director in providing information for corporate reporting as needed
Collaborate with the Finance Team and understand how best to support them in achieving value-for-money against budgets
Support with contract management of high-value contracts and performance against contractual KPIs
Ensure procurement resources are easily accessed internally
Put in place and support the compilation of contracts, working closely with external legal team
Champion use of Responsible Procurement Toolkit and seek ways to embed social value and environmental due diligence through the procurement of goods and services;
Conduct regular reviews of active suppliers and maintain supplier due diligence
Work with legal to maintain awareness of legislation developments
Identify future improvements such as digital solutions for central supplier management
Work closely with the Head of Sustainability to embed sustainability principals throughout the procurement process and through engagement of our supply chain
