The company is future-proofing its businesses alongside expanding fast and now looking for a talented Procurement Manager with relevant experience of purchasing within categories that include POS, Audio visual tech, tablets, broadband and inventory technology .

This is a key role and you will be working alongside the Head of Retail Technology to develop and steer procurement strategies for its various restaurants as well as retail sites right across the EU. You will manage an annual budget as well as new and existing supplier relationships across France, Germany etc, find new suppliers and head up negotiations
Duties
Manage the procurement of retail category technologies including audio visual, POS, laptops, tablets and broadband
Lead new supplier engagements with technical support on the RFI/RFP/RFQ bidding processes
Monitor ROI and savings
Involvement in meeting new and also existing suppliers and suggesting service improvements
Leading quarterly supplier reviews with clear targets and KPIs
Standardised service delivery and data across partners
Collate performance data and MI reporting
Continuous monitoring of wider market trends
