Your responsibilities as a Procurement Process Lead will include:
Providing strategic advice to the procurement team regarding supplier requirements.
Effectively communicating with senior stakeholders to identify and develop new procurement opportunities.
Become a point of contact to the Procurement Team; using your expertise to educate on Procurement policies and development of procedure revisions.
Utilising your knowledge of the organisation’s policies and procedures to onboard new suppliers.
Contribute to the category saving targets by providing end-to-end category strategies.
A great Procurement Process Lead will have the following skills and experience:
Prior experience in governance and procurement
Proven ability in managing supplier contract and commercial negotiations
Effective engagement and communication skills with stakeholders
Experience in meeting cost savings
Great command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational skills and experience in prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
