Our client delivers asset management, Facilities management and energy solutions across the maritime and defence environments, they are looking for two experienced Procurement Specialists to work with either the land or waterfront departments as part of the supply chain team, they will be responsible for new major and minor projects and proposals. • End to end supply chain management.
• Supplier engagement and relationship management.
• Process Mapping and updating team processes and procedures.
• Contract placement and management.
• End to end procurement activities for large scale complex packages, including Pre-Qualification, tender pack creation, evaluation of bids and recommendation outcomes.
• Public sector procurement tendering in Hard FM / Construction / Systems.
• Management of early contractor involvement (ECI) in relation to high value complex projects.
• To research the market and look for potential suppliers and refining specifications and obtaining quotations for a range of Services.

Procurement SpecialistsEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Full understanding of public Sector procurement principles.
• Construction sector experience (Desired but not essential)
• NEC4 experienced. (Desired but not essential)
• Pre-Qualification, Bidding, and evaluation (including sealed bidding)
• Experience with management of supplier/bidder days.
