Role Summary/Purpose:

• The Product Data Transformation Analyst will be responsible for supporting relationships with EMEA & APAC licensees throughout the product registration processes to support internal point-of-sale (POS) reporting and retail performance insights for WBD’s Global Consumer Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting strong relationships with our licensee partners in Europe & Asia, as well as being a key facilitator between us, the licensor, and our partners. Additionally, you will be required to track compliance of product submissions, review, document, and communicate requirement needs. The Analyst will report to the Product Data Transformation Consultant located in the London office.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Project Management
  • Track progress of licensee onboarding for product registration
  • Review, document and communicate requirement needs for item master enhancements.
  • Provide weekly or daily updates as needed to the business on overall licensee and data compliance.
  • Report weekly KPIs to monitor licensee compliance and drive action.
• Licensee Outreach and Education
  • Partner with Change Management to develop training materials and assist training in support of product registration & product catalog.
  • Support relationships with EMEA & APAC licensees throughout product registration onboarding and compliance processes
  • Assist with consolidation of EMEA & APAC Category teams’ current state product data capture efforts.
  • Drive licensee adoption of product registration processes by liaising with EMEA & APAC internal/external stakeholders, retailers, and IT team
• Data Validation & Compliance
  • Collect, manage and audit licensee GTINs, MPNs and SKUs to support internal validation.
  • Maintain manual data mapping of key attributes and production of reporting.
• Support ad hoc projects, as requested.

Basic Qualification/Eligibility Requirements:

• Retail/Consumer Products experience
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience
• Minimum 3+ years of retail experience
• Worked on global teams with multi-region reporting relationships.
• Worked in EMEA G6 countries & APAC and multi-language markets.
• Foundational knowledge of licensed product data and key attributes
