About our client: Our client are an acoustic company that manufacture and distribute loudspeaker systems to their clients across the UK and worldwide. They are looking for a production engineer to join the team.The roleOur client are looking for a production engineer to join the production team in assembling loudspeaker systems. The role requires significant care and attention to detail, as quality is paramount. The production team are the last staff members to see the product before it is packaged and are responsible for all quality control. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.Key accountabilities• Physical assembly of components into loudspeakers according to production processes.• Assembly and soldering of internal circuit boards and wiring assemblies.• Following strict quality control procedures throughout the production process.• Clear and accurate maintenance of product assembly and QC records.• Cleaning and packaging of finished product ready for despatch.Skills & experience• Reliable and trustworthy• Production experience is preferred but full training will be given• Excellent work ethic• Good time management skills• Physically able to lift products & components• Due to location, own transport is essentialOtherAdded Benefits:• 21 days holiday per year in addition to public holidays
