Key Accountabilities
Maximising line performance and driving productivity through motivation, communication, and full involvement of team.
Ensuring the line is always audit ready in preparation for customer, regulatory and internal audits.
Using daily waste report to drive waste reduction on the line and within the team to achieve specific targets.
Actively participating in line planning, working alongside Technical Operators, Production Schedulers, and Performance Leaders to maximise all sequencing opportunities.
Risk manage and assess all quality and technical issues as 1st line of responsibility, engaging and involving all required support functions.
Providing concise, detailed, face to face handovers focusing on performance and operational issues impacting the next shift (including H&S and Quality).
As part of your ongoing development, you will receive training and development opportunities.
It is likely that you will have a significant knowledge of Health and Safety practices, with experience of GMP or in a food environment, working to standards and time constraints also being evident.
