Programme Manager
We are recruiting for 2 people to join the team. Both will have a specialism in propositions, but one will also have a focus on consumer insights.
The organisation’s mission is to increase the financial resilience and wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances. They strive to transform the financial services system to ensure it serves all people, whatever their situation.
Position: Programme Manager Propositions
Location: The role-holder will be expected to join at least monthly sessions at our London office, and client meetings nation-wide; with flexibility on working from home at other times
Salary: £45,000 – £52,500
Hours: Permanent, full-time role, open to job shares and flexible working

About the Role
As we continue our exciting growth plans in 2023 to deliver on our ambitious goals and refreshed strategy, we’re looking for an additional programme manager to join our team with expertise in Propositions.
As the programme manager you will be responsible for ensuring that we design propositions that meet customer needs, and that these are delivered through partners where we can improve resilience and drive social impact. This role is integral to create a market in which effective proposition design and delivery is the norm and is as effective for customers in vulnerable circumstances as mainstream financial customers.

About Fair4All Finance
Fair4All Finance is a not for profit organisation founded in 2019 to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
There are at least 17.5m people in the UK in vulnerable financial circumstances, who are poorly served or unfairly excluded from mainstream financial services. That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.
We are funded from the Dormant Assets Scheme. The scheme is led by the financial industry and backed by the UK government. This makes it possible for money in dormant bank and building society accounts to be used to help good causes.
Our vision is of a society where the long term financial wellbeing of all people is supported by a fair and accessible financial sector.
