Description: 6 month contract (Inside IR35) – likely to extend.

Working with one of our largest global clients, we require a Programme Manager to join a new function within the organisation. The client has created a new platform bringing 4 parts of the business onto 1 platform aimed at expanding and selling FTTX services to the market.

2 of these platforms are aimed at delivering Broadband and Ethernet services to the market.

1. Mid market – providing FTTX, Ethernet and Multi site connectivity to mid market organisations (orgs up to 250 people)

2. Wholesale – Providing FTTX and Wholesale services to larger organisations.

The platform is built on Salesforce architecture and the successful consultant will be required to integrate customers onto this platform and be able to take ownership and drive this process proactively and as independently as possible.

The successful consultant does not have to be a technical specialist within this space but will sit above this across the end to end delivery – under them, they will have a bss team, network team, data team, service management team, connectivity team. The key is breaking down what is required in an Ethernet service and articulating to the correct stakeholders to get the correct buy in.

Top Skills:

– Experience delivering FTTX (Fiber to the x)

– A collaborative and proactive mindset – The consultant will be required to drive the End to End delivery of the programme.

– Salesforce – Any experience working with part of the salesforce suite – ideally a transformation programme of work.
