Our client, an educational trust, is a hybrid-working organisation that supports social mobility and youth development. They work with young people in various locations, including Swindon, Cambridge, Norwich, Hastings, and Tyneside.
About the role:
As a Progression Coach, you will work with a cohort of Future Leaders in Swindon, helping them identify their purpose, values, and the path to achieve their ambitions. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Swindon, you will be part of a local team with remote collaboration opportunities.
