Our client is looking for a project administrator to join their team providing support with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the project. The client is a large utility company across the UK and is looking for a focused team player with high levels of attention to detail.
Responsibilities-
Assisting team members with meeting schedules
Recording meeting minuets/actions where necessary
Preparing documents for the team
Assist with any planning needed and necessary scheduling
Requirements-
Attention to detail
Administrative Skills including all the Microsoft packages. A flair for picking up new IT systems and software would be advantageous
Organisation skills
Able to effectively manage and prioritise own workload.
Excellent time management skills; able to effectively plan own and others’ time.
Strong written and verbal skills
