This is an exciting opportunity to join the Project Support and Administration Team of a charitable organisation based in central Shrewsbury. You will assist and support a wide variety of projects undertaking administrative work including logging information accurately on to the CRM system, receiving and making phone calls and assisting with marketing activities (full training given) Our client is looking for someone to work on a temporary contract for six months with a view to being offered a permanent job.
Hours: 9 – 5 (45 minute lunch break), total 36.25 per week.
Major Tasks and Job Activities:
Maintain an accurate record of project activities including applications, tasks and phone calls, on the CRM Liaise with members of the public over the phone to deliver advice and assistance Assisting with marketing and information campaigns and any other activity as required. Person specification:
An accurate and efficient record keeper. Have a clear and confident telephone manner. Confident IT user – working with a range of Microsoft products and being willing to learn how to use our client’s CRM Able to forge and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and partners. Have excellent organizational and time-management skills. Show a track record applying these skills, ideally in the work-place, although experience gained in education and the home will be considered. Training:
On the job training and support will be provided to you including instruction in using the CRM. You will be required to undertake a basic DBS check.
Pay: £11.09 an hour + Holiday Pay (accrued), weekly pay.
Location: Central Shrewsbury office.
Hours of work: 36.25 hours per week.
Leave: arranged through Working Solutions (12.07%)
