Project Consultant – Corporate Governance Summary £48,400- £64,900 per annum – This isn’t 9-5. This is making the most of every day. Our Corporate Governance Team are responsible for designing company-wide structures to optimise the interaction of people, processes and technology. From supporting project managers across the business, to designing best practice interfaces for all our digital collaboration and organisation tools, this Project Consultant role is fundamental to how our business operates and continuously improves, grows and develops. We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. What you’ll do Working with multiple operational head office departments to deliver projects and programmes to the business Coordinating strategic projects related to the above and other associated areas such as compliance and governance topics and setting up and leading working groups Supporting the business in ensuring the quality assured and cohesive governance of crisis management and business continuity plans Liaising with Lidl International in relation to digital workplace and risk management topics and ensuring these are communicated effectively to the business What you’ll need Proven ability to understand end to end processes and identify opportunities to streamline business processes Experience working in a process driven environment with a proven track record of process optimisation The ability to understand new technologies which drive the workplace forward An analytical, logical and creative thinker with strong business acumen who is effective at problem solving and understands that there is a ‘bigger picture’ An action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and not afraid to push back if required Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Exceptional presentation and time management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels Outstanding attention to detail German language skills an advantage What you’ll receive This isn’t getting by.
