The Role Providing the Directorate, Product Line, Programme or Project in MBDA with effective visibility of the plans and progress. Delivering and setting the Service Cycles (Drumbeat), Defining resolution and quality standards, assuring repeatability and quality of management information. Manage the day to day operations of the deployed Project Control Team (Project Planners and Controllers) into each Directorate, Product Line, Programme or Project in MBDA. Foster good working relationships with Engineers, Business & Performance Managers and the broader community to be able to embed and promote the MBDA Project Control and planning standards.Main Responsibilities WBS / CBS: Ensuring Project structures are defined taking into account contractual clauses, finance constraints and Project Management Standards Baseline Management and Change Management: Ensuring scope is defined, validated and maintained. Cost Management, Schedule Management, and Resource Management: Ensuring Project Schedules and Resources, Cost Accounts, Spends Plans are defined, configured and updated to the PMO Functional Standards. Risk Management: Ensuring Risk Registers are Defined and Monitoring mitigation Plans Work Load Forecasting : ensuring that the data is compiled and activities completed in a timely manner Performance Reports, Dashboards and KPI’s: Collating and compiling relevant Project Performance and management data Analysis of variance and proposition of adaptive actions, consolidating, analysing and reporting project performance on time.What are we looking for?
