My clients are a leading global organisation who design, engineer and implement Marine Domain Awareness technology. They are constantly delivering a vast range of exciting projects for global services such as Coastguards, Fisheries and Military to keep our shores safe and secure.
They are now looking for a Project Document Controller to join their team and manage the repository of Project Documents to ensure clear, accessible and auditable organisation of Project Documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Management of the Master Document List and online document repository
Ensure document standards with regards to Naming conventions are adhered to
Ensure all compliance is followed with regards to reviewing/QA of new project documentation
Configuring all documents through drafts, shared, published and archived stages of projects
Maintain accurate and auditable document records of all projects
Manage user permissions for documentation
It would be great if you had some/most of the following experience:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role – project controller, Co-ordinator, pmo etc.
Hard-working, methodical, independent worker with a great attention to detail
Knowledge of O365 and SharePoint
This is a Hybrid role with most of the time spent working from home and visits on the odd occasion to the Cardiff office for key meetings.
