Project Manager job in central Cardiff (hybrid) – £50,000 – 65,000 depending on experience plus benefits

A job opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation that is based in central Cardiff. This role is based at a dynamic, forward-thinking company that offer a great working environment and scope for career progression.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple IT, business change and regulatory projects, to time, budget, and quality requirements. You will liaise with several key senior stakeholders and technical teams, whilst managing all aspects and stages of the project life cycle. You will be responsible for project plans and budgets, working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• A proven track record of working as a Project Manager in the Financial Services sector is essential
• Extensive knowledge of project governance
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulations and experience of delivering regulatory projects
• You should ideally have experience of delivering a mixture of both business change and technical/IT projects
