Project Manager – Gloucestershire

CPS Group are proud to be partnering with an award winning organisation who are based in the Gloucestershire region who are on their search for a Project Manager to expand their Business Change Division.

Have you got experience or knowledge within the financial industry?

Are you capable of running large projects?

Within this role, you will be responsible for the following duties;

• Managing the project life cycle from start to finish on a day to day basis
• Liaising with key stakeholders whether that’s internal or external
• Providing training, guidance and assistance to other team members
• Motivating the project team
• Making sure that projects are met to user requirements in accordance with agreed standard of quality and service
• Ensuring that project life cycle process is perfected from initiation to implementation

To be a suitable candidate for this role, you will need to have the following requirements;

• A track record of delivering successful projects to date
• To be proficient in MS Project and Microsoft office
• Experience working within the Waterfall methodology
• To have Project Management qualifications, eg, Prince 2
• To be commercially aware within the Finance industry
• The ability to work with confidence and independence
