• 8:30am – 3:30pm

• Have or willing to apply for a Child Enhanced DBS

As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support to students with diverse needs, enabling them to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement personalized education plans for students with special needs.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students during class activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding of the curriculum.
• Support students in developing essential life skills, including communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the school’s multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and educational specialists, to create a holistic learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviours, and achievements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology (or related field) is essential.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students.
