Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be:

• Processing PO’s
• Controlling any invoices in query
• Make supplier payments
• VAT payments and returns
• Processing company credit cards, staff expenses
• Posting daily bank transactions
• Set up new suppliers
• Month end reconciliations
• Daily bank recs
• Assist in year end / internal audit

Profile

The successful purchase ledger candidate will be-

• Experience in a similar role for 1+ years
• Experience using an ERP system
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word
