QA Automation Engineer

£42K – £46K – 1 or 2 days per week from Central London offices, the rest remote

Our London based client have an immediate requirement for a permanent QA Automation Engineer to join their growing Testing function.

This role will work in an agile way, be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment, conducting automated and manual tests ensure the software works effectively.

Key experience required for the QA Automation Engineer:

• Proven commercial experience as a QA Automation Engineer
• Document and troubleshoot errors
• Experience of writing and working with automated test tools (C#, Postman, Jenkins, BDD, Specflow, Selenium)
• Experience in testing ReactJS (or equivalent) and .NET applications
• Experience in testing Azure cloud applications
• Create and maintain API automation test framework
• Understanding of Object Orientated programming

Key skills required for the QA Automation Engineer:

• Testing tools: Postman, JMeter, Swagger, SOAPUI
• Test framework using BDD (SpecFlow, Selenium)
• JS frameworks such as React, Bootstrap and JQuery
• Understanding of HTML & CSS
• C#.NET, Web API/RESTful API and JSON
• Azure DevOps
• SQL
• Azure Integration Services (Azure logicApps, Azure Functions)
• Dynamics365
• SharePoint Online
