Wood is currently recruiting for a Quality Advisor with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
Why is this role unique?
The Service Line which will employ the candidate is currently delivering some exciting improvement initiatives which seeks to elevate the quality function, the successful candidate would play a key role in helping the Quality Lead develop and embed new initiatives to ensure the Service Line meets its quality vision to be better tomorrow than we are today. Moreover, as a quality advisor within Operated Assets the candidate will support several contracts, allowing exposure to several different clients and contract managers. The candidate will build a multitude of relationships across Woods business functions through ensuring the sufficient management of Improvement Actions and Non-conformances. The candidate will play a leading role in continuous improvement efforts across Operated Assets, helping to drive value from enhanced ways of working and efficient processes. This role will also involve assisting the Quality Lead with quality marketing and training sessions which will help develop skills further.

Hybrid working pattern?
Flexible hybrid role with Tuesdays and Thursdays being the mandated office days.
Job Objective:
Provide support to ensure that quality activities are completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Assists in the implementation, maintenance, monitoring and reporting on the status of quality management systems and activities, so that resulting actions are delivered effectively and business risks are mitigated or prevented.
