A world leading cost consultancy with over 50 offices worldwide are looking to add an ambitious, sociable Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic, close knit Nottingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a professional consultancy who place a strong emphasis on the training and development of their staff, as well as offering a flexible culture with remote working being central to their culture.

The new Quantity Surveyor will join the company’s thriving Commercial team who boast a large portfolio of private and public sector clients and is the forefront of their national delivery to the property sector.

Working across a broad range of projects including Retail schemes with a national food retail client, student accommodation, higher education & university schemes, leisure new builds, and commercial fit outs for blue chip clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 12+ months experience working with a construction consultancy
• Committed to RICS and carrying out APC – if not already completed
• Client facing
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
