The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a truly outstanding Real Estate team as a Senior Associate / Legal Director.

The multi-service firm is renowned across the UK for its Commercial Property offering – continuously ranking in the highest tiers of the Legal 500 annually.

The Real Estate team has an established owner, occupier and investment client base.

The ideal candidate will have a broad background in Residential and Commercial Development and will be servicing clients’ needs across a number of sectors including Consumer, Financial, Education, Energy, Industrials, Health and Life Sciences, TMT and Real Estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join a prestigious Real Estate team and take the reins of an established residential and commercial development offering and team.

The Candidate

A Senior Real Estate Solicitor with at least 6+ years PQE or equivalent
An in-depth understanding of residential and commercial development
Previous experience managing and developing commercial property teams
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
