Based in Rochdale
The role
The purpose of this role is to provide admin support and receptionist functions at the Petrus head office.
Your core duties will include, meeting visitors, telephone enquiries, mail and email admin, minute taking, appointment booking, liaising with partner agencies and supporting service users accessing the service.
Petrus Hub is a unique and highly engaging project which supports adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness. the project is also our head office and so we require strong communication and organisational skills to meet the competing demands and varying customer needs.

The right fit
You will be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills effectively face to face; with a wide range of people including service users, volunteers, general public, staff and other agencies; being polite, having a professional and friendly attitude.
Experience Working in a busy office environment and on a switchboard
Strong minute taking skills
Ability to work as an efficient and effective team member who is reliable in terms of timekeeping and attendance
Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to work with a high level of initiative, to prioritise a wide range of tasks, whilst working to deadlines
Experience of working with Work, Excel and Microsoft Outlook and financial and administrative systems
