This is a truly unique opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in a sales role, who is interested in pursuing a career in recruitment. We have recently established a presence in the US recruitment market and are searching for a candidate who has a hunger to capitalise on the huge opportunity in America, while being based here in the UK. Focussing 75% + of your time on the US market, the successful Recruitment Consultant will travel to the US once a quarter (more if you d like it). You will be joining a business with 9 staff today, but a crystal-clear understanding of our strategy for the next 3 years and an inspired focus on accomplishing our goals. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant who has aspirations to grow with our business, working closely with the leadership team whose primary focus is helping our people to meet their potential. The successful candidate will work a 4.5 day week (paid for 5!) Your day will be structured from 11 30 Monday to Thursday and 12 00 on a Friday. What is the role? Quite simply, the purpose of this role is to engage with organisations to establish and build strong working relationships and win opportunities to provide recruitment support to them. You will be supported by our delivery team, whose focus is building their candidate networks in order to successfully deliver the roles our clients are recruiting. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for: Conducting business development with a focus on connectivity. We encourage you to meet with clients as much as possible over VC and in person when location permits, as well as being highly active on the telephone and across LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns. Delivering superlative service to our clients. We believe in a simple but very deliberate customer success formula which we expect all of our team to be naturally aligned with. You will be meticulous about protecting your reputation and passionate about our business brand. Taking a consultative approach with organisations to guide them in their recruitment strategies. Working in collaboration with our delivery team to successfully execute the business we are working on across our client partnerships. Growing your network of decision makers across the technology industry, taking time to understand their growth plans, business culture and motivation to grow their teams. Attending networking events in the US on a quarterly basis. Setting and meeting your own KPI s; we offer an autonomous environment for our sales team, with a focus on results. Ad-hoc administration as required.
