Kubernetes DevOps Engineer (AWS EKS Anywhere DevOps CloudOps Platform Engineer Amazon Web Services Python Bash Korn Shell Java Golang Agile Finance Financial Services Banking Trading Remote) required by our financial services client in London.

You MUST have the following:

• Excellent experience as a DevOps/CloudOps/Platform Engineer
• Strong Kubernetes in an enterprise environment
• EKS and excellent AWS
• Strong Scripting (Python, Shell, Bash, Java, VB, Golang or alternative)
• Agile

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

• Finance
• EKS Anywhere
• A background in software engineering

Role: Kubernetes DevOps Engineer (AWS EKS Anywhere DevOps CloudOps Platform Engineer Amazon Web Services Python Bash Korn Shell Java Golang Agile Finance Financial Services Banking Trading Remote) required by our financial services client in London. You will be working in this newly established team of four to improve the Kubernetes setup in order to enable more frequent and higher quality engineering application releases for approximately 150 software engineers. You will be skilled in Kubernetes- EKS and EKS Anywhere for enterprise environments.

You will be skilled in Scripting (Python, Java, Go or equivalent). You will be familiar with a broad range of tools in the AWS suite. Finance isn’t essential, only desirable. You will be excellent at collaborating with developers and motivated to continuously improve the environment you’re working in.

Full remote working is permitted for this role.

Salary: £120-145k + 20% Bonus + 10% Pension
