The Company

Woodhouse Property Recruitment have partnered with a leading specialist property consultancy, renowned for their comprehensive knowledge of alternative markets. Due to significant sustained business growth, we are looking to add registered valuers to their highly experienced and loyal national valuation team.

The Role

This position offers fully remote working, with the majority of work being within a 90-minute radius of your base. The primary focus of this role will be completing secured lending valuations and appraisals on a range of specialist properties including: Healthcare, Licensed & Leisure, and Hospitality assets. With full control of your own diary, you will usually be expected to compete 2-3 valuations a week, and where necessary take an active role is client development.
