Reporting and Insights Analyst

Position: Reporting and Insights Analyst
Location: Hybrid, London. The role-holder will be expected to join regular sessions in our London office, with flexibility on working from home at other times
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
Hours: Permanent, full-time role, open to job shares and flexible working

About the Role
As we continue our exciting growth plans in 2023 to deliver on our ambitious goals and refreshed strategy, we’re looking for a curious, dynamic, self-motivated Reporting and Insights Analyst to join our team.
A key focus of this role will be to coordinate the reporting and analysis of pilot programmes which test solutions that could be a vital stepping stone to customers’ financial resilience, including our multi million pound No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) funded by HM Treasury, JP Morgan and Fair4All Finance.
You will be passionate about using data to gain insights to improve products and services for the underserved, and you’ll have experience of compiling and interpreting large data sets to generate learnings to support the design of propositions.

About Fair4All Finance
Fair4All Finance is a not for profit organisation founded in 2019 to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
There are at least 17.5m people in the UK in vulnerable financial circumstances, who are poorly served or unfairly excluded from mainstream financial services. That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.
We are funded from the Dormant Assets Scheme. The scheme is led by the financial industry and backed by the UK government. This makes it possible for money in dormant bank and building society accounts to be used to help good causes.
