Position; RETAIL MANAGER

Location; Abingdon

Salary; £28,000 – £34,000 per annum

About the role;

Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in the Abingdon area who are seeking a Retail Manager to help run the store. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills both over the phone and in person with the ability to ensure a smooth running operation within the team and store daily. The role will be Monday to Friday and involve weekend work.

Responsibilities;

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers via the phone, email or in person
• General administration duties running the store i.e. invoice processing, accounts management
• Working within a team and having flexibility on working hours
• Ensuring all health and safety within the store are up to date and in order
• Day to day sales, discussing prices and payments
• Cross-selling and up-selling company’s products and services

Essential experience;

• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Previous retail management experience
• Use of own initiative
• Ability to work in a team and on your own when needed
