Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in the Abingdon area who are seeking a Retail Manager to help run the store. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills both over the phone and in person with the ability to ensure a smooth running operation within the team and store daily. The role will be Monday to Friday and involve weekend work.
Responsibilities;
Providing excellent customer service to all customers via the phone, email or in person
General administration duties running the store i.e. invoice processing, accounts management
Working within a team and having flexibility on working hours
Ensuring all health and safety within the store are up to date and in order
Day to day sales, discussing prices and payments
Cross-selling and up-selling company’s products and services
Essential experience;
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to build strong working relationships
Previous retail management experience
Use of own initiative
Ability to work in a team and on your own when needed
