At Deutsche Bank, we’re committed to supporting skilled professionals who are looking to make their return after a break of 12 months or more. You’ll receive structured support enabling you to refresh and expand your existing skills and embark upon the next stage of your career.
We’ll back up your return with access to specific training and development resources, a returner peer circle, internal support networks and up to 20 days of emergency childcare per year for children aged three months to eight years.
