• Identifying, screening, assessing and interviewing quality candidates across a range of professional disciplines, such as IT, Business Projects, Engineering, Legal and others
• Headhunting non-registered candidates and keeping a tracking mechanism up-to-date
• Build effective internal stakeholder relationships with the Head of RPO, other RPO Sourcing Specialists, and Macildowie Recruitment Consultants
• Understanding our clients’ core and immediate hiring requirements
• Understanding our clients’ core projects to discuss with candidates for future hiring requirements
• Deliver diverse shortlists within agreed time-frames
• Proactively raise risks that may impact the successful delivery of candidate shortlists
• Deliver market insights that may influence the success of sourcing and talent pipe-lining
• Contribute to the sourcing plan of action to meet the core and immediate hiring requirements
• Professionally represent our clients’ image and brand as an employer of choice
• Ensure that the candidate experience is central to all of our clients’ recruitment processes
• Supporting to deliver events aimed at increasing our customer portfolio
• Occasionally attending client meetings

About You:

• Candidate screening, assessment and selection
• Passionate about delivering a quality service to candidates
• Determination to get the job done
• Competency-based screening and interviewing
• Use of multiple ATS and CRM systems

Ideally these skills will have been gained as part of a role as a Resourcing role for a Recruitment Outsourcer or Recruitment Agency, or as part an Internal Talent Acquisition position.This role offers flexible hybrid working although there may be some occasions where you’ll be required to work in our Nottingham office.
