About the Service / Department
Hestia provide domestic abuse accommodation services in West London as well as IDVA, Safety Planning and outreach services based in community settings, police stations and social services. The key aims of our services are to: Improve each client and their children s safety and wellbeing by providing emergency accommodation services. Provide relevant support in accordance with the Safe Lives risk assessment and ISSP (Individual Safety & Support Planning), High, Medium and standard risk. Encourage and promote a Multi-agency approach of working to ensure the needs of the clients are met to a high quality which will include partnership working within all aspects of service provision included when relevant, support planning. With particular focus on MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference). Provide a responsive service adaptable to service requirements. All: direct quality case management high risk – co-produce effective safety planning for 100% of clients, coordinating interventions: face to face, digital, phone.
