Sales Administrator Burnley Full time – Temporary Position £23,500
Your new company A specialist Manufacturing company operating out of Burnley, Lancashire, are now searching for a Sales Administrator on a temporary basis providing cover for maternity leave. This role is office based, Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 3pm however there is some flexibility around this.
Your new role As a Sales Administrator your responsibilities will be: Accept and process customer orders in the ERP systems, process customer returns, handle enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, work closely with freight companies and third part logistics companies to ensure deliveries are made and resolve any issues, support the Sales Manager and other agents. You will receive training on the products to assist effectively and efficiently any over the phone issues.
What you’ll need to succeed To be successful for the role you will need to have a strong administrative background and experience working in an office environment. You must be computer literate using Microsoft packages and knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage. The client is looking for a well organised, adaptable, team player who has excellent communication skills with a structured approach to work.
What you’ll get in return In return you will be paid £23,500 pro-rata on a weekly basis by hays, you will be part of a family feel team. There is free on-site parking and a pension scheme. There is also an onsite kitchen/canteen with a microwave and fridges for your lunch. 25 days holiday + bank and a dedicated hays consultant to assist you every step of the way.
