Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a team of 6 people working for a leading software house in Altrincham.

The successful candidate would have the existing sales and marketing team reporting to them. You will be responsible for the general management of the team. This means day to day your duties will include setting targets, goals and objectives for the team, having weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews. Any issues the team comes across you will assist in solving them, as well as mentoring and coaching of the team, ensuring they hit their set targets. Alongside this you will looking at the marketing strategy and relaunching the website in the next 12 months.

They are an extremely niche company who partner with huge organisations, so this will give you the chance to work with them.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Sales management
• Understanding of marketing
• B2B sales

Advantageous skills include experience with:

• SaaS or Data industry
