Howdens are looking for a SAP Integration Architect to join our Supply and Enterprise Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced Integration Architect to help guide the business on strategy and approach to SAP integration. This SAP Integration Architect is full-time and permanent with a blend of home and office work based in our Croxley Park, Watford What will I be doing as an SAP Integration Architect? Work with Senior Management Team and Heads of IT for the Supply Chain to identify business and project priorities. Take ownership and lead the development of an integration strategy, EA principles, EA standards and patterns, overseen by an EA governance framework Develop and maintain the technology stack to include commercial or open-source integration platforms Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices Work with the Application leads; Infrastructure leads and Architects to develop vision of future, strategies, solutions and opportunities. Develop, communicate and seek agreement on concepts, direction, and opportunities to harness new application technologies to deliver business benefit. Continual improvements to solution delivery methodologies, such as change management, landscape management, build management, solution documentation etc. What do I need to qualify for this SAP Integration Architect role? Experienced in developing technology strategy for large scale multi-platform, multi domain transformation especially in the SAP ERP space. Proven experience working as an integration architect and delivery lead in complex transformation programme from strategy through to execution: Integration strategy and architecture Integration design (service catalog, High Level Design, Low Level Design) API and ecosystem management Operational management of integration including performance, security and monitoring Hands on experience and certifications for several key player(s) including SAP BTP, SAP Process Integration / Orchestration, SAP Cloud Integration Services or SAP API Management, Mulesoft, Google Apigee, and Hyperscaler integration solutions (AWS, Azure, Google) Proven track record to define solutions leveraging data and integration to address complex strategic, business and technical problems Ability to operate within multidisciplinary diverse teams to deliver high quality products and solutions, within architecture function and within larger transformation team You are familiar with XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, XSLT and related technologies and you have experience with EDI formats (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, IDOC) Vast knowledge of integration vendor landscape What we can offer you Competitive salary and annual company bonus Company car or car allowance Private medical insurance Excellent pension scheme (company contribution of up to 12%) 25 days holiday + bank holidays with the option to buy additional days Free lunch at our onsite canteen (Howden only) Staff Discount Employee Assistance Programme Exceptional Reward and Recognition events.
