SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect required for an SAP Programme based in the UK on a Contract basis for 3-6 months initially.
You will need to be a proven SAP Solution Architect with the ability to work unsupervised and hit the ground running and can get up to speed to with a fast-paced project.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the design of the end-to-end solution template and functional architecture in alignment with business requirements, digital guidelines, and industry leading practices; drives solution standardisation.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Having extensive knowledge of Finance functions in S/4 HANA covering central finance, FI/CO, Product costing, Assets and Group Reporting.
* Architected and implemented end to end solutions in R2R, S2P, O2C IBP, EWM,PP, PM, QM, Ariba, Blackline.
* Has worked on Data Migration using S/4 HANA LTMC.
* Ability to review and document business capability needs and create winning solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces.
* Strong knowledge of leading best practices and SAP S/4 HANA solution capabilities for the in-scope business processes, including finance, procurement, supply chain management, among other areas/modules.
* Strong leadership profile demonstrated prioritisation and negotiation skills.
* Clear communicator (both written and verbal).
* Team leadership experiences.
* Creative problem solving and conflict resolution.
* Ability to manage the senior management expectations.
* Recommend and implement SAP S/4 HANA-centric solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of simplifying, stabilising and modernising the ERP solution.
* Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimisation of the solution.
* Conduct fit-gap analysis on project requirements while providing best-practice solutions to the business audience.
* Partner with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and overall business priorities.
* Provide best practices in business areas on shared support systems implementation at architectural and conceptual levels.
* Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the technical team.
* Design specifications of solution by understanding how all parts of the business model work together including processes, operating systems, and application architecture that fits the environment best.
* Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems.
* Educate organisation on available and emerging tool sets.
* Influence the decision making at the leadership and executive level through fact-based data driven analysis of various solution options (eg, cost benefit analysis, rent vs buy vs build, etc.) based on thorough understanding of the business challenges.
* Identify solution risks and issues and determine ways to effectively address them.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
