Our client in the Uxbridge area is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their team.

The role will involve;

• Scheduling calls and dispatching to Service Engineers• Supporting the pre-planning of installations• Scheduling and planning preventative maintenance services• Supporting inspections services• Working closely with Specialists and progress calls• Creating quotes• Ensure customers receive clear notifications and updates• Answering incoming calls• Reviewing the Schedule throughout the day

You will need to have previous scheduling experience with good attention to detail and systems skills.
