More about your roleâ â â The Security Engineer’s role is to work closely with the wider IT engineering and operations teams to protect our data and the infrastructure surrounding it. This will include working on leading technology platforms to secure the technology layer of the Group in the following areas; identity, access control, applications, code, endpoints and ; Being a valuable member of the security operations function, the Security Engineer will be involved in incident response, forensics, threat hunting, risk and vulnerability management. Also, you must have a good understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity and industry-standard security frameworks ( OWASP ASVS). We hope you have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with an excellent attention to detail. Preferably you have experience with security tooling (commercial or open source) such as SAST, DAST and SCA.
