Job Description: As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities: – Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using industry best practices. – Develop and implement cloud solutions to meet the organization’s requirements. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cloud strategies that align with business objectives. – Ensure the security and compliance of the cloud environment, implementing robust measures and monitoring tools. – Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. – Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the cloud environment. – Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for improvements.
Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. – Extensive experience as a Cloud Engineer, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry. – Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. – Proficiency in Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar). – Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar). – Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices. – Ability to design and implement highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud architectures. – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
