Senior Compliance Manager
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Compliance department, where you’ll lead the delivery of a variety of risk and regulatory projects and activities at NFU Mutual.
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you’ll lead and deliver initiatives that support the Group’s FCA Conduct Regulation and risk strategy. Driving strategic initiatives that primarily support our conduct regulation strategy, you’ll ensure we demonstrate our compliance with regulatory standards. There will also be ad-hoc involvement in Financial Crime related projects and activities.

About you
A confident and influential professional with expertise in financial services compliance, you thrive on opportunities to work across broad topics and have the drive and ambition to lead activity that truly delivers. Experienced in FCA compliance and conduct regulation you bring a new perspective to the compliance role. You confidently use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to network, engage and manage stakeholders at senior level.
