Location:
Edinburgh New Uberior House or Halifax Trinity Road. We work in a hybrid approach with one to two days per week in office. We re happy to consider options other than 9-to-5 office-based work from flexible start finish times to compressed hours!

The Risk Data Transformation Lab is responsible to build the next generation of data assets and enable transition from current to future data. Our lab doesn’t do all the data work but will help with work that benefits everyone.
Joining the Risk Data Transformation Lab will give you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a great team working together to deliver superb results following the Agile Project Methodology. You will be an important part of the team, working with Product Owners (PO), Engineering Leads (EL), Scrum Masters (SM) and various Engineering colleagues to deliver valuable outcomes.
So, what would I focus on in this role?
Collaboration, confidence, and co-action is key to this role! As Product Owner you will be a safe pair of hands that provide our risk partners with confidence in our ability and capability to delivery. You ll be collaborating with business analysts, scrum masters, software and specialist engineers as well as directly working with our risk stakeholders some of whom will be embedded in the lab such as regulatory SMEs. You need to be confident, highly motivated and with a passion for working with people and technology, the Product Owner will be responsible for leading and supporting teams to deliver their best work.
What experience do you need to apply for this role?
We re looking for the following essential skills and experience:
We’d welcome people from financial services industry organisations; or consultancy environment, preferably with experience in having worked on financial services projects.
