Senior Dynamics Analyst (CE) Haydock(Mostly Remote role) £55-£65k+Car Allowance(£6480)

My client is the nations leading equipment and tool hire service.

The CE Analyst will play a vital role in the development, support and implementation of the Dynamics CE modules across the business. This will include enhancing current systems, defining and prioritisation high-value projects and managing the project to completion by partnering with IT and Business Areas, manage and support new and existing applications.

Skills & Experience

• Dynamics CE/CRM all modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc)
• Strong experience with configuration and customisation of CE
• Working knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse
• Good Business Analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, testing)
• Appreciation of service excellence
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and participate in multiple, concurrent projects.
• Experience in managing projects through to completion.

Salary

£55k-£65k +Benefits – Car Allowance(worth -£6480 annualy), Mostly remote role only required onsite a few times per month, Flexible working, Pension 5%, Private Healthcare, Life Insurance, 26 Days Annual leave+BH
