Senior Finance Analyst South Leicestershire / North Warwickshire Border (Hybrid Working)

There are strong progression prospects within the business given there is a team of over 40 finance professionals based at the Head Office where you will be working. All of the management and financial accounting is covered by a separate sub-team which will allow your role to focus solely on the commercial aspects of finance.

This is a newly created role following a sustained period of growth for the business which means there is an increased demand for commercial finance support.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with a range of stakeholders across multiple business functions to gain a thorough understanding of the factors that impact their financial performance
• Analysis of big volumes of data and create insightful reports for department leaders
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting with analysis into variances
• Provide insighful commentary on monthly financial results to allow Operations Managers to understand the financial position of their region
• Drive improvements to cost centre reporting processes

ABOUT YOU

• Able to commute to the South Leicestershire/North Warwickshire area at least 2 days per week
• Proven experience in a financial analysis focused role
• Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or latter stages of study
