Senior Finance Business Partner This role will report directly into the Finance Director of our Buildings division to help provide robust, timely and informative financial information to sector management teams and project commercial leads. You will coordinate the financial management, reporting and commercial analysis across your dedicated business. Responsibilities at an advanced level will include, but is not limited to, Accounting standards, policy and procedures Balance sheet control and Risk Management Management Reporting Budget and business planning Cash, Treasury management and asset finance identrifying and analysing the performance drivers understand and improve financial process top drive optimisation and efficiency Project reporting control accounts and month end journal postings Provision of financial support to budget owners in delivery of monthly reporting, reforecasting, and budget processes Your profile You will be a technically strong qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent) with several years PQE. This is a key role where the right individual can really influence the perception of finance and demonstrate to the wider business the value and insight that can be derived from forward thinking, proactive management information. You’ll have; Experienced in financial leadership to Executive and senior Management teams within the business unit Excellent communication and negation skills liaising with all levels from Board Directors to Finance processing team, customers, third party representatives, other business leaders and functional leaders. Demonstrable record of budget management, governance and ability to understand and interpret commercial and financial landscapes (budgets, forecasts and actuals) Extensive experience with major accounting packages such as JDE Edwards and analytical tools such as Power BI Rewards We’re ready to invest in you and your future, and offer wide-ranging, performance-related progression opportunities.
