Senior Manager- IT Network and Security Design

Location- London (Hybrid role- 3 days travel to office in London and 2 days’ work from home)

Salary- as per market standards

Qualifications And Training: –

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level.
• Experience working within a similar IT Architecture role within a global/multinational organisation.
• Experience designing and/or architecting software defined networks (SD-WAN), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), LAN, Wi-Fi, MPLS, VPN, Network Security, Network Segmentation, Network Surveillance, Access Control, Unified Communications, Zero Trust, and SDWAN solutions.
• Expertise in public cloud architectures and relevant design principles, for SASE and Cloud Networking/Connectivity (Azure, AWS).
• Relevant networking qualifications CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CCIE etc.
• TOGAF qualification is desirable.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) is desired.

The Candidate: –

• Strong technical skills in the technologies (or equivalent) described below.
• Software Defined Networking (SD-WAN) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
• Networks: Palo Alto Firewalls & Prisma, F5 VPN/Load Balancers, Cisco Switching, Meraki Switching/Access Points, Aruba AP/WLAN Controllers.
• Security: Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Intune, FireEye, Gigamon, Guardicore, IDS/ProtectWise, Secret Server, Symantec VIP, Authenticator.
• Collaborative, analytical, proactive, curious, pragmatic, process, customer and results oriented. Strong commercial acumen.
• Well-developed leadership, negotiation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and engage individuals.
• Ability to set out a clear direction, inspire others and assume command.
