Senior Procurement Specialist – Global Finance Firm – £50,000 – £55,000 + Great Benefits + Generous Holiday + uncapped bonus

Location: Luton (Hybrid)

Days in office: 1-2 days per week

My client is looking for an experienced procurement professional to immerse themselves in their established finance procurement function to support, manage and engage in high profile projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Engaging with high-profile stakeholders to build trust, great reputation, and a healthy professional/personal rapport
• Collaborating with the wider category managers to develop category plans across professional service
• Performing compliance activities of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure clients are up to par
• Drafting contracts and issuing bid analysis, conducting contractual negotiations with suppliers on terms

What you will need

• Tactical and Strategic Experience
• Experience using SAP, Globality and Ariba (desired)
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, continuous progression in managing contracts, planning, and processes
• Experience in executing projects of all levels by utilising both tactical and strategic procurement experience
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, working across short- and long-term projects
